Return Policy
- All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the order shipped from us.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping process and cost.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Twitter Bike Canada does not have an "exchange" process - simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item. The refund will be done for the original order as described as below.
- Shipping is non-refundable. Twitter Bike Canada might be offer new shipping if there is a mistake made by Twitter Bike Canada.

- Returns received in used, damaged, missing parts or worn condition.
How to Make a Return
Send an email to info@twitterbike.ca include the original order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Twitter Bike Canada will issue you an RMA number to write on the outside of the package. You can then send it back to:

- Twitter Bike Canada will use the credit card from your original order for any refunds necessary.
- Twitter Bike Canada recommend using a traceable (tracking number) method (ex. UPS or FedEx) for returns as we are not responsible for lost packages.
